About Me
Briana Ahl is a highly skilled and experienced yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 10 years. She received a 200-hr RYT certificate in 2018 from Studio Surya in Venice, CA and has completed her 300-hr training certificate with The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. Briana has a deep passion for yoga and has dedicated her life to sharing the benefits of this ancient practice with others.

Currently residing in the Los Angeles area, Briana was born and raised in Oregon. She discovered yoga in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the practice. She has trained under some of the most respected yoga teachers in the field and continues to make learning a priority. She has additional yoga training in areas including Gentle, Yin, Chair, Accessible, Trauma Informed, Breathing for Life, and Kid’s yoga.

Briana's teaching style is characterized by her focus on accessibility, breath, and mindfulness. She believes that yoga is for everybody and can be adapted for all abilities and backgrounds and that it can help individuals achieve greater peace, happiness, and fulfillment.

In addition to teaching vinyasa, yin, and gentle classes, Briana also has a passion for teaching children and works with The P.S. I Love You Foundation, a non-profit to help bring yoga to children in underserved areas. She has a talent for creating a safe and supportive environment that allows students to explore their own practice and deepen their understanding of yoga.
